In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the pb88 Platform for the purpose of accessing Services.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds held in a Player's pb88 Wallet at any given time, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to a Player's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "Games" means all casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer games, crash games, bingo, lottery-style games, and any other wagering products accessible via the Platform.

• "PHP" means Philippine Peso, the official currency of the Republic of the Philippines and the sole transactional currency of pb88.

• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a specified amount must be wagered before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

Your access to and use of the pb88 Platform constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. Acceptance is effective from the moment you complete registration of an Account, irrespective of whether you have read these Terms in full.

These Terms supersede all prior oral or written representations, agreements, or understandings between you and pb88 relating to the subject matter hereof. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or in conflict with applicable Philippine law, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Access to real-money gambling services on pb88 is restricted. You are only permitted to register and maintain an Account if you satisfy all of the following conditions:

Each Player may register one (1) Account only. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — regardless of the email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods used — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your government ID, a valid email address, a Philippine mobile number, and a date of birth. You agree to promptly update your Account information in the event of any change.

KYC verification is mandatory for all pb88 Accounts prior to processing any withdrawal. Accepted identification documents include:

• Philippine Passport
• Driver's Licence issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO)
• SSS ID (Social Security System)
• PhilHealth ID
• Voter's ID issued by the Commission on Elections (COMELEC)
• PRC ID (Professional Regulation Commission)

pb88 reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation at any time, including proof of address and source of funds, in accordance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering requirements and Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) as amended.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your pb88 login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time PIN (OTP) codes issued to your registered mobile number. You agree to:

• Use a strong password that is unique to your pb88 Account and not shared with any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account, which pb88 strongly recommends for all registered Players.

pb88 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your Account where such access was facilitated by your failure to maintain appropriate security measures as outlined in this Section.

All deposits to your pb88 Account are denominated and processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). pb88 accepts deposits via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), Metrobank, and USDT (via designated cryptocurrency addresses only).

The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ₱100.00. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method selected and your Account tier. GCash and PayMaya deposits are processed in real time under normal operating conditions. Bank transfers may require up to one (1) business day to clear.

You warrant that all funds deposited to your pb88 Account originate from a legitimate source and are not derived from any unlawful activity. pb88 is required by PAGCOR and applicable Philippine law to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).

Withdrawal of funds from your pb88 Account is subject to the following conditions:

1. Your Account must have completed KYC verification successfully before any withdrawal request can be processed.
2. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.00. Amounts below this threshold cannot be withdrawn.
3. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, where possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering policies.
4. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) business day.
5. pb88 reserves the right to impose a withdrawal processing period of up to five (5) business days for accounts undergoing enhanced due diligence or for first-time withdrawals above a specified threshold.
6. pb88 may deduct applicable withholding taxes on winnings as required under the National Internal Revenue Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8424, as amended).

Winnings arising from the use of Bonus Funds are subject to the applicable Wagering Requirement before they may be withdrawn. The specific Wagering Requirement applicable to each promotion is set out in the individual promotion terms.

All Games on the pb88 Platform are governed by individual game rules accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the individual game rules expressly state otherwise.

pb88 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games. RNG systems are independently tested and certified to ensure statistical randomness and compliance with PAGCOR requirements. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are provided for informational purposes and represent theoretical long-run averages over a large number of game rounds.

pb88 reserves the right to void any bet that is placed in error, as a result of a technical malfunction, or in contravention of these Terms. In the event of a system error or communication failure that affects a live game round in progress, pb88 will apply a fair resolution policy in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines. Disputed outcomes must be raised with Customer Support within seventy-two (72) hours of the relevant game round.

Sports betting markets on pb88 are subject to settlement rules specific to each sport and event type. pb88 reserves the right to suspend, delay, or void sports betting markets in the event of event postponement, result uncertainty, or evidence of irregular betting patterns on any match, including PBA, NBA, UFC, international football, and other markets.

pb88 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. All such promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published with the individual promotion:

• Promotional offers are available to eligible registered pb88 Players only, unless expressly stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms.
• Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement of at least 30× (thirty times) the bonus amount before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pb88 Platform. Violation of any prohibition in this Section constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant regulatory and law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own name or under another person's identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion order from pb88 or any PAGCOR-regulated operator.
• Accessing the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.

Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment and should never be treated as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. pb88 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players at no charge:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. You are expressly prohibited from copying, reproducing, distributing, transmitting, displaying, publishing, scraping, reverse-engineering, or creating derivative works based on any content from the pb88 Platform without the prior written consent of pb88.

The pb88 name, logo, and all associated marks are registered or unregistered trademarks of pb88. Unauthorised use of pb88 trademarks or branding in a manner likely to cause confusion, deceive consumers, or misrepresent an association with pb88 is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pb88's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount deposited by you to your pb88 Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) ₱5,000.00 (five thousand Philippine Pesos).

pb88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or personal injury, arising out of your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if pb88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

pb88 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service disruptions (including those affecting GCash or PayMaya), and force majeure events may affect Platform availability. pb88 will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore service in a timely manner.

pb88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your Account, with or without prior notice, where pb88 reasonably determines that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• You have provided false or misleading registration or KYC information.
• Your Account shows evidence of fraudulent, collusive, or money-laundering activity.
• Continuation of your Account poses a regulatory compliance risk to pb88.
• You have repeatedly contacted Support in an abusive or threatening manner.
• PAGCOR or another competent authority has directed pb88 to restrict your Account.

Upon permanent termination for cause, any Balance remaining in your Account (net of any Bonus Funds and winnings derived from prohibited conduct) will be returned to you via your registered payment method after completion of all applicable compliance checks, unless prohibited by law or regulatory direction.

You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting pb88 Customer Support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining Balance will be returned via your last verified payment method.

pb88 is committed to resolving all Player complaints fairly and promptly. If you have a dispute or complaint regarding any aspect of the pb88 Service, please follow this process:

1. Step 1 — Informal Resolution: Contact pb88 Customer Support via live chat, available 24/7 on the Platform. Provide your Account username, a detailed description of the issue, and any relevant transaction reference numbers. Most complaints are resolved at this stage within 24–48 hours.
2. Step 2 — Formal Written Complaint: If the informal resolution is unsatisfactory, submit a formal written complaint to pb88 via the official contact email displayed on the Platform. pb88 will acknowledge formal complaints within two (2) business days and provide a substantive response within ten (10) business days.
3. Step 3 — PAGCOR Escalation: If your complaint remains unresolved after completing Steps 1 and 2, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official channels. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines and the regulatory authority of PAGCOR.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to:

• Presidential Decree No. 1869 (PAGCOR Charter), as amended
• Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001), as amended
• Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012)
• Republic Act No. 8293 (Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines)
• Republic Act No. 8484 (Access Devices Regulation Act)

You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the pb88 Platform.

pb88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address on file and/or via a notice displayed prominently on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where immediate changes are required to comply with applicable law or PAGCOR direction.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary Account closure in accordance with Section 14.
